Hi all, my car just got a small door dent on the rear quarter panel right on top of the wheel arch. I went to this paint dent removal guy at Huntington beach and he told me the dent can not be repaired because that part of the car is double paneled. I was so upset when I saw this, it is not a big dent, but I just cannot live with it. Anybody has the same type of dent and can share the lights or if any PDR referals in the LA area? Thanks!

 

I have recently went through a long ordeal trying to find a legitimate place to fix my car and have visited tons of places. I haven't had the work done yet because I have a couple more places to visit before I make my decision. One thing I learned is how each place will give you a different story regarding repairs. I had a smaller but similar dent a bit lower toward the seam on the fender (quarter panel). I had a dent removal guy take out almost all of it with the exception on the crease over the seam. While what remains is hardly noticeable, I know it's there and it still bugs me. I would check with other PDR people in your area since I know it can be done. As a suggestion, call your P-dealer service dept. and ask who they use.
