hey guys! i've been a long time browser on 6speed but finally pulled the trigger and picked up a 997.
Just wanted to share my 997.1 with you all!
I went with CKS Coilovers since I had them on my BMW F10. I've had all types of coilovers on my previous cars and decided to go with CKS because I felt that it was the best bang for the buck. Installation was done by Kevin and Gilbert of 168 Motoring in Torrance, CA. For those that have been modding for a long time you guys will know these guys. Both have been in the industry a long time and Gilbert is hands down the best tech that has worked on my cars and I have been to shops all over So Cal.
I took my car back in yesterday to 168 Motoring for follow up adjustments. Most shops don't even offer this! But after driving for a few weeks I wanted to raise the car up a bit. We also adjusted the dampening and not its smooth as butter!
Wheels are HRE 540R. 19x8.5 et 51 and 19x11 et 62. Currently silver with polished lips. Wheels were purchased used but refinished by the guys at 168 Motoring.
