718 Boxster wheels on a 997.2???

A friend has offered me a set of wheels and tires of his 718 Boxster that are new. Will they fit on my 997.2 C4S?

The Boxster wheels are:
19x8.5 & 19x10.

Was thinking about using them for winter tires.
Will they fit?
What spacers will they need?

Thanks!!

Rears are narrow for regular use but could work well for snows. What are the offsets? It's written next to the valve stem on the wheel - one # is width and the other offset. Figure out what size tire you'd run on them to keep the rolling circumference of the wheel the same as your OEM setup, then...

Take your current setup and what you're looking to go to, enter the #s into www.willtheyfit com and it will compare them for you. As long as they don't project in or out more than the current wheel by much, or have much % speedo error, then they'd work.
