Does anyone have the piwis tool to disable my PASM on my 2008 997.1

personalt is infamous around these parts
following this as well - but I need a key fob programmed which I think can be done with a piwis

These units cost $30,000 and are not found lying around too many places. Good indy shop that does plenty of Porsche work should have it, as would any Porsche dealer.
