Time for upgrades help please
I am looking for my next mod - My 06c4s now has full exhaust + fabspeed simple intake. I am questioning my next purchase and would love some recommendations. Here is what I am thinking - 83mm throttle body with ipd - worth it or not? I don't really care to flash my cpu! suspension - never going to track the car - I have PASM and love the feature but if there is a solution to keep PASM and I would benefit in handling could be an option - not looking to lower the car! Numeric competition shifter - already have factory short shift kit was thinking of changing bushing to the cnc and came across the numeric shifter - again any benefit if not tracking the car? and last would be sway/strut bars? Opinions?

TB with IPD but no tune = waste of $.
No track intentions but change out the factory PASM = waste of $.
Factory SSK to Numeric Shifter but no tracking = waste of $.
However firming up the sloppy Shifter is a good idea and Function First makes a good retrofit kit that is hundreds less than the Numeric.
Sway/strut bar and no tracking = waste of $.
I would skip the above (except the FF shift kit) and since you are looking for a new look of sorts, buy some new wheels.
Thanks SoCal
Figured this is the response I would get. Wheels were just redone and I am content with them for now. I am not looking for cosmetic upgrades (with the exception of an RSR hood) at this time but rather an upgrade that will enhance my driving experience. Shifter slop has always drove me crazy so FF kit seems like a good idea for sure.

Add TPC's DSC suspension module which will allow you to customize the parameters of your stock PASM dampeners and make them dynamic based on g-loads. Since you have a .1 car, you'll need the DSC control box and the 3-axis accelerometer.
Interesting - I was thinking, being that the car is 10 years old now that the suspension may need to be upgraded, not sure if this is true just my thought process. I rarely hit the sport button as it is due to these great New York roads, but enjoy it on fresh pavement for sure. Sounds like this unit would be an upgrade even if not customizing your own setting (which I would not know where to start?)

What you may want to load are 2 maps that are soft and medium since you never use sport mode.
