As well whenever a dealer offers stuff for "free" I tell them no and thats it. I dont want shirts with lgos, keychains which I dont use one at all and for sure no lisc plate frame with a dealer name on it.

Plan A: if the dealer does not come through, pull your car up to or close to the front door and place a sign on the car that the dealer does not keep its promises think twice before buying there.
But if you need service and another dealer is not in your neighborhood, skip Plan A.

Thanks for the tips guys. I ended up calling the general manager. He said that he would get the lights out to me ASAP. I don't think he was legitimately concerned though. I still haven't heard from the salesperson. If he was legitimately concerned, he should have had the guy call and personally apologize. I think he was just blowing smoke up my ***. Whatever. Since I gave the guy 3 chances to follow through with his offer and since he has yet to call me and apolozige for anything I think it's fair that I now offer up his name in a public forum.

DO NOT BUY A PORSCHE AUDI OR BMW FROM PAUL *** @ RUSNAK Thousand Oaks, he does not keep his promises.

I wish I had my stupid little dealer survey back. Apparantly that thing is pretty important to the dealership. I would have given them all 1s instead of 10s.

Even better ... Call parts dept. and order a set ... At my dealer you pay for everthing at a cashier dept. not at parts or service ... when the part comes in take the invoice and the part to his office and drop the invoice on his desk and leave with the markers?

Fixr, if you still want to mess with him. Discuss it with the PCNA regional rep. Since the mngr is a half *** you can still make an impact on the dealership's record in that manner. It's just a few 800 calls, and you WILL get a response. Guarandamnteed! Or just let your BP chill. It's kind of a draw I guess.
Regards, Mike

To make the long story short, when I was looking to get a 997S from my dealer, but it turns out Rusnak/Westlake has the car that I want. At first they refused to do a trade with my dealer, but after few hours and some phone calls with the relation manager, they finally released the car. Before that, I asked my sales guy about the side marker, no problem and it was done when I went to pick up my car. While I was at the showroom he mention about getting the Certificate of Authenticity for my car, at first I thought he was just telling me to get one, but today I received in the mail. I think it was cool.
