Can anyone please help me out.
I recently purchased the car I always wanted. I just recently retired and decided to take the plunge and purchase my 2008 911 997 4s cabriolet.
I just discovered an sd card slot on the left side of the stereo face.
When I pushed it, a drawer opened and inside was a plastic dummy sd card (?)
Can anyone help with this. Will this sd card slot play music from an sd card?
I can not find this information anywhere in my Porsche manuals.

Its actually a SIM card drawer for the built in phone. No music.

My salesman also said it was European SIM card only. I've never looked into it further.

I discovered that if you put an SD card in there, it doesn't fit.

If you put a fancy 64GB micro SD card in there, it falls into the abyss. FML
