The moldings have fully dried and more cutting has been made to the fenders and rear panels. The next step we sealed off all the gaps and remove the rear bumper so that we can prepare to cut the GT3 wing in pieces.

 

The Liberty Walk stuff isn't really my style, but I'm enjoying following along to see the modification and construction process. Keep up the good work.

LB 997 Update


*Custom brackets were made and you can see how we drilled into the OEM trunk ><



Compare to turbo trunk, we needed this much space to be filled.











Side view: There was another problem. The side had some gaps that were exposed and we needed something to cover the area.


We end up making templates.




Decided to use OEM wing to cut out using the templates.



Another side left to do tomorrow, and the LB 997 is going for some nice paint job. Stay tuned!

 

I liked her better sans spoiler for sure.
