Rear wing for 997.1

How does an after market (Sharkwerks) rear wing affect the stock wing, does it interfere with standard operation? Does the stock wing need to be disabled?

Your local porsche dealer can disable the stock wing via OBD.

Can it just be done via removal of a fuse?

NO! your dealer needs to do it or an indy with updated machines

Perhaps you can find someone local with a durametric pro? Easy 30sec reprogramming.

...otherwise you'll get a "spoiler failure" message everytime it's supposed to move up or down.
