Having cleaned up the connection and it doesn't help. I have consulted Climaterepair in UK and some local expert and they said it caused by some error/fault in the driver on mother board. Instead of getting it repaired I just bought a second-hand and get the old one replaced......

I personally would avoid Climarepair in the UK. Their work has shown to be very inconsistent. Do a search here for their climate buttons, which generally look like crap, and cost $100.

Gary,

Check out Module Master. I have used their LCD Repair Kit on my Boxster (Sold) with great results. They provide very detailed and easy to follow DIY instructions.

Good luck!
