I installed logo lights did passenger side first perfectly then got to lazy and just cut the wires to install new ones but it shorted out when the cuter touched the wires so I need help finding the fuse to get it to work This is the logo loghts

 

Those lights are leds so they'll only work when connected with correct polarity. You sure you don't have the wires reversed? Also, test both the new light on a battery and the old light at the door wires to 100% validate where the issue is. Some of these lights have been DOA. I'd be surprised it the left door courtesy light is on a separate circuit than the right door.
