Creaky noise turning the steering wheel.

Since last summer I have this annoying creaky noise when I turn my steering wheel and other people can hear it too. I took my car to the dealer and they told me all is normal. The noise is coming from the front suspension, and only becomes noticeable during the warmer summer weather. In the winter it was quiet. Any idea what's going on? TIA.

The coil upper mount is rubbing. Just spray it with some lithium oil and the creaking will go away.

Thank you for the suggestion. I just bought a bottle of lithium oil spray and I will jack up the front ends, remove wheels today and go to town with the oil!
