I have a 2005 997 C2 Cab. I had the dreaded clogged rear drains and fried the rear control module under the drivers seat. Now that I replaced the computer everything works except the top will not complete it's cycle when closing and the windows do not operate when the top is up. The windows work fine when the top is completely down. Could this be a calibration issue? The little lights on the drivers switch have power during the entire operation.
