I'm considering buying a 2012 4S Coupe. The problem is I don't believe it has a rear parking assist. I don't care if there is a camera. My 08 Turbo has a rear warning beeper to warn you of closeness . Can any after market thing help?

 

There are aftermarket things that go in the license plate frame. There are other ones too

Usually the license plate only solution connect via BT which you have to select. Not sure if any are automatic ones. To me I would want it to be as automatic as possible, not having to select some bluetooth/wifi when backing up.

Look into getting a rear camera hard wired. There are seamless solutions out there. They do cost a little bit, $1000 plus if I recall.
