Replaced my 997.1 PCM screen (DIY)

Previous owner probably thought it was a touchscreen and it was scratched up pretty badly.

Bought a replacement screen off eBay (Same model as OEM made in Japan by Sharp) and spent 2hrs DIY; followed a tutorial online for 996 PCM which is pretty much the same procedure. It requires removing the backing plates and taking the entire PCM apart.

The guy started filming when he was putting it back together, so I had to watch it in reverse order... total 6 parts. But it was pretty straight forward, if you have ever put together a PC machine, just a few philips screws and logic board connectors.
