Hey guys I have had issues with my left taillamp since I've owned my 997. The center portion of it is no longer clear but more of an opaque white... Very gross especially in direct sunlight.

I've looked for reliable used oem lamps and at the price k feel it's better to go am than to go oem just to have it cloud out again. Doesn't seem to be a solution to preventing it from my readings.

Do you guys know of any custom taillamp makers that are reliable and tasteful? Has anybody had easy success with replacing their tails with a look that still keeps the age of the car without going too modern or out of character? Thabks in advance

get a new oem taillight on eBay - and put PPF on the tail light - this should help seal the middle section to some extent.

there are no aftermarket 997.2 taillight options - and almost all 997.1 aftermarket light options are inferior in quality to oem (in terms how long they last)
