997 Idle and Secondary Air Emissions

Hello all, I just got a 2006 manual 911 carrera S. Prior owner kept it mostly parked. Trying to get the car to pass smog in California. It used to have Evap and Secandary Air as Incomplete. Now just Secondary Air issue remaining. There is no check engine light. I already put a couple of hundred miles after i bought it. And also used one of those guaranteed to pass emissions bottle.
I was told I just need to drive it more. I was also told that I need to let it idle for 10 minutes in the morning, and then drive at 60 MPH for 15 minutes. I have seen alot mix information in the internet regarding letting the car idle. Some say it is bad and I need to drive quickly out, some say to let go down below 1K RPM then drive, etc. Wanted some information regarding secondary air and emissions, and some feed back regarding idling and whether it really makes a difference. Thanks in advance.

Try following:
Intake air temp needs to be between 41 and 140F

Engine start temp needed to be below 107F
Engine temp needs to be between 41 and 215F
EGT's have to be less than 1200F
O2 Sensors have passed
Car has to be running for 10 mins
Car cant have any codes

AND

Car has to be at idle long enough to run the test (~10 sec)

*You dont need to drive to complete SAI readiness
