If he did a baseline and put down 270 stock on that particular dyno, then his gains are right on point.

The Test #'s are worthless unless you have a base from the same dyno.

But anyways he answered my curiousity by saying it is the PSE that is restricting everything.

No, not all dyno's are going to read 300rwhp. In a perfect world, maybe.
No, I don't think 270 is low because I have seem some really wacky dyno figures and really wack dyno operators. Who knows how it was set up? Neither of us do.
This entire point is moot since he did not do a baseline run when the car is stock.
We are not comparing apples to apples.
Is anyone else with me on this one?
