Help! dealer paint protection
Help! dealer paint protection
Need a quick opinion on the "Auto Armor" paint protection which is offered by dealer. I am picking up my c4s cab on Saturday.
I think this is bogus but need confirmation.

Are you talking abotu the plastic film? If so, it is good for cars that do a lot of highway miles and are prone to more chipping. If you are talkign about the detailing wax cure, then I would not do it. Not only is it overpriced, but the dealer does not take the time to detail the car properly in the first place. Hope this helps.
agree with arling, would also refuse a free car wash as well.
i think the paint protection is an actual wax/polish they put on. they "claim" that it will protect any bird waste or any oxidative process on your paint. frankly, bunch of bird shi* and would not buy it. remember to refuse the wheel protections, tire protection, and everything else.
