997 / 997S discount
997 / 997S discount
I'm trying to get an idea of what I might be able to get off a new 997 order (MY 07). If you've bought a new (not used) 997, could you answer a couple of questions?
- How much of a discount did you get ($)?
- How much of a discount did you get (%)?
- What model year did you get?
- When did you get it (date)?
- Did you order or buy off the lot?
BTW - I posed the same question on Rennlist and collected a selection of discounts from a series of threads. I've summarized them below for anyone else shopping:

I agree, but I'm just repeating what I read. There were at least 3-4 entries for CA, running the range (I believe there was a $4k and $5k, and I think the $7.5k was on a C4S cab w/options).
i do remember a lot more discount on the C4S and the non-S. 4-5k certainly possible. but when i asked for 997S, they usually have a completely different discount, or almost none. good luck finding the car. it is a great car and worth every penny of it no matter how much discount you get.
