Used Carrera S Opinions Needed

I've been a long time lurker and have finally joined while I search for a 997S. You guys have a great forum here and I was hoping for some thoughts/opinions on the following car:

2006 Porsche Carrera S Coupe
13,300 miles
Seal Grey with Black Leather
6 speed
Adaptive Power/heated Sport Seats
Sport Chrono
Bose Stereo
Thicker Steering Wheel
19" Lobsters

Independant dealer (who I have done business with in the past) is asking $79,900.
I realize this is a 2006 model (late '05 build) but it was clearly used as a daily driver. Besides the Adaptive sport seats, I really don't see any other options that justify such a high asking price considering the base S model was $82,600, the mileage, and this one doesn't have the X51 package, upgraded wheels, aero kit, etc...
I'd appreciate any comments/opinions as to what might be a fair price on this car. Thanks in advance and again, you guys have a great place here and I'm glad to finally be able to post !!

you can probably get a new one with the same options plus a good discount for a few grand more.

The seller also told me yesterday it has black gauges and self dimming mirrors. I'm planning on seeing/driving the car this weekend, but I get the feeling they're trying to take advantage of some nice options - but it really doesn't have anything that I feel sets the car apart (aero kit, x51) from anything else in the used market.
At that price it better be in near perfect shoroom condition - but with 13.3 on the odo, I doubt that's possible...

Think about this man,
Sport Chrono-$920
Adap Sport seats-$3500
Bose-$1500, I think
19's-those are stock

Just a few things to consider. look at how much those options are if you want them and see the new price and what the used price it with given miles(deprec).
