RS4 without question: great engine, handling and it's a stick shift, which may explain the next bit... All the guys driving CLS55's round here look like ageing extras from American Gigolo. If that's your bag, go for the CLS Baby!

nah. it's good car to take chicks out. they all hate Porsche from my experience.

I prefer RS4 than any of the above.. you have fun , and safety for your wifey and kid.. just my .02 cents.. what sucks is no auto available.. CLS is totally different category, so cant compare..
