Not much activity on the account since 2005 + deal to good to be true = run away.

A local dealer would pay that for this car..it would also sell quickly at that level in the local newspaper / autotrader so why go to the ebay troubles?

Any listing saying "CONTACT SELLER" in big red letters, rather than wanting you to use the ebay system is a scammer.

Email him and play him a long a little. I love baiting these idiots.
