We are planning to meet at a remote location at 7:00 AM sharp to collectively drive as a group to CAPTREE. THE PLACE WILL GET FULL by 8:00 and want to all get together 1st.

Please chime in with a good place you might know to all meet by the meadowbrook, south shore area, maybe in freeport; large parking lot, etc..

Lets start that discussion as well.

Mister Pink - if you do any of these later in the year, I'll be up for it. I would come this time, but I'll be in San Diego on the 1st.

 

How about take Meadowbrook south to rest area in center of highway, before jones beach tolls. We can meet there and then proceed to Captree.

Or we can meet in the Staples section of Home Depot/Staples shopping center parking lot on Sunrise Highway in Freeport, just west of the meadowbrook parkway.

The area on the meadowbrook you are taking about is in front of the toll?? NOT sure where that area is, the staples parking lot is ok as well..

Others please suggest a central meeting area too.
