Recommended dealerships in Northern Virginia/ Wash DC

I purchased my 997 C2S cab at a dealership in Tysons Corner this past fall. Unfortunately the customer service level has been pretty underwhelming given the money that was spent. I've just hit 6,000 miles and there are a few minor issues that I am hoping to have addressed, in addition to a regular service (oil change, new filters, etc). I've never owned another Porsche before and I simply want to make sure that I'm doing all of the right things in terms of maintenance and getting the appropriate level of customer service.

So here is my question for you all, since there are quite a few 6speeders from this region, I'm hoping you can recommend either another dealership or service manager to turn to. Most convenient to my home would be Porsche of Arlington (any feedback regarding their service would be appreciated), however I am more than willing to travel further if my baby's going to be that much better cared for !

Thanks!!!

I would say try Audi-Porsche of Rockville, I usually take my car for service to them and there customer service is amazing. Also try porsche of Arlington, a guy there called Mike, although am not really sure if he still works there. People at Tysons corner are bunch of jerks

Thanks for the heads up, I had completely forgotten about those guys in Rockville and I have heard some good things. I will definitely check out Arlington as well (it's a shame that there facility looks so shady when I drive by, that's one dealership that could use a serious facelift).

I think it depends on who you talk to at Tysons... I have Robert Schefer as my salesman and Ronnie and Tom (the sales managers) have treated me like gold. I have brought friends by for test drives at lunch, I can drive the new stuff (Cayman, Cayenne, Q7, etc.) whenever, etc.

If you'd ever like to meet over there, let me know and I'll introduce you to everyone. That sucks that you had a bad experience...
