What about headers? So you're saying all those mods are 14-32 HP. Can someone please explain to me how Fabspeed and AWE dyno results show 40hp increases on headers, cats and exhaust alone + another 10 for CAI and 10 for ECU.

Furthermore, is there anyone here who truly FEELS a difference in power. Ultimately I'm not tattoing my dyno results on my forehead so I could care less if my car has 234234234 HP. The most important part is does it feel faster?

Finally, out of my 5 options above, does anyone recommend doing some but not others. Meaning, headers, exhaust and ECU would be sufficient, but CAI and cats really are not worth it at that point. There is a cost/benefit analysis and these mods are not cheap.

Thanks,

I dont know about exhaust but I know that The GIAC made a difference on my car. I ran my friends heavely modded M3 with my Stock 997S and was pretty much dead even with him, I got the GIAC and ran him right after an I noticeably pulled on him. I just got the plenum installed and the car does feel faster but I wont truely know untill I run a car that a ran before that mod and see if the results are any dif.

most of the tuner guys that I've talked to says that to gain more power you need hi flow CAT. I'm not an expert just saying what I heard.

I had my car dyno at Vision Motorsport (Lake Forest)
