I think you just offered up the best advice considering his history. Maybe he should just buy a new GT3 or a 997 Turbo and forget the mods. Those (2) should be quick enough for almost anyone.

raffi is infamous around these parts
get the gt3 aerokit with the vents, someone just listed it on ebay ,
the bumper is going for like $800
