Help: Carrera S tip on Carrera

I m planning on installing the S tip onto my Carrera and need a sleeve to make it fit. I called couple of places and they had no idea what sleeve's are... does anyone know where I can find a sleeve?? or what is the best way to install the tips?

Pep Boys (or most other autoparts stores carry exhaust sleeves. Measure the outside diameter and find a sleeve with a slightly larger inside diameter.
