Siphoning fuel from a GT3 - need urgent help!!
I need to siphon fuel or remove fuel from a 997 GT3.
I tried using a siphon / pump, and there is some sort of filter or valve I am hitting, which I can not get past.
If you're curious, the reason I need to do this is because I am shipping a car to Germany TODAY, and it must be almost empty. The tank is full, and I do not have time to drive it 250+ miles to burn the fuel.
The only option I know of so far is to pay the Porsche dealer $$$$ to remove the tank, pump it, and put it back. That's ridiculous.
Help is very much appreciated. I am hoping there is some sort of access valve somewhere which can be opened, or a way to remove the mesh filter which is blocking me.

Removing fuel from GT-3
The dealer does not have to remove the tank. He can remove the pump assembly from inside the front compartment and pump out the fuel. I has this done once on my 996 GT-3 when I misstakenly filled it with 87.

I'd like to follow up with my dealer on this. Do you remember how much they charged for this procedure?
