My friend purchased a C4S 07 and I noticed that the passenger seat had a little play to it and addressed this to him. He took the car to the dealer and the shop manager told him all Porsche passenger seats have a little play because of some plastic fastners used and the need to get to a compartment below the passenger seat. It sounds likea line of B.S. to me and was wondering what you guys think.

 

just tightened up the bolts that hold the seat down, or get some washers

 

I would have to ask the manager at the dealership to show me the 25 other porsche's on his lot that have the same "wobble" to the passenger seat; then I might buy his story...

 

I have a little play in my passenger seat as well, and I have read old posts about it to. Conclusion, i think its pretty normal to have a little play in the passenger seat with no-one seating in it of course.
