FYI: Quaife is making LSD's for 997's now

I found them for around $1600. Dodd referred me to them...could be the way to go.

not a fan of quife's.... I prefer multi-plate LSD's...

Any particular reason??

They are used quite extensively in OEM applications. What is nice is that you don't notice it until you need it. They also seem to have a very high hp limit and there are no diff clutches to wear out.
