I recently changed my front to a GT3 bumper from a Techart front lip and I love it! The only thing I think that poses a problem is the center lower part of the bumper that has a big vent. Instructions says to use original center plastic cover on the lower vent, which I did but isnt it a big air trap? Looks like it will just catch a lot of headwind. Unlike the real Gt3 where the air flows thru a radiator then up the upper vent.

Has anyone bore any hole on the plastic cover so air can pass thru???

Any ideas??

 

Well, I see I am swimming against the grain, but I like the TechArt front and Techart Type III wing. Of course, the front add-on is arond $1,500 and the Type III wing is $3,400. It's more expensive than the AeroKit, but it's also more exclusive.

I do like the Aerokit and GT3 front bumper, but I hate the wing. It looks a little weak and goofy-looking to me. I know that isn't the popular opinion here though.

I have the TechArt lip. But, I favor the look of the GT3 front and kinda wish I'd gone that route, instead.
