A couple of new owner questions about mods!
Before I took delivery of my new 997s I was sold on the fab speed bypass pipes. After driving the car for 10 miles, I realized how amazing the stock sound really is. My question is, do the bypass pipes make the car really loud, and do you think it would take away from the car? For $300 I was just going to take the chance. It's a weekend driver so I figured, same as my other weekend drivers, it makes it alittle more exciting.
Second question, the car has all the options I wanted with the exception of red seat belts to match the exterior. Where can I get the seat belts, price, and is it a big job? I enjoy working on my cars but sometimes long hours at work don't permit it. Thanks in advance.

Belts are $800 at Suncoast http://e-partssales.com/Merchant2/me...ry_Code=996int but I can't comment on complexity other than I remember reading somewhere that the fronts are easier than the rears.
As for the bypass pipes, I've read that they drone a lot so if that bothers you then I'd avoid them. I'd forgotten what drone was until a friend switched from his Robin Sun mufflers to B&Bs on his 993 last night - unlivable in the 2-3k RPM range under load.
