My presumption is that since the GT2 came out it is due as a 2009 or 2010 model in a year or so??

Is there any info on when the 998 would be available?
Well......1st before that of course you have the 'face lift'.....with various sundry changes. Those changes will ripple through the line.
Frankfurt show opens 2 weeks from Thurs......Porsche will probably give time-line for 1st build (I'm guessing late March).....there will then be speculation on model roll-out order, timeline for that.
Take that end-point and extrapolate..........let me know what you come up with

 

We probably won't see the 998 until '11 ..
