Stealth C2S with F77 power conversion

took a couple of quick pictures today before the storm....
The engine shot is the new WERKS1 Composite airbox. The car has gone from meek to raucous in one trip to Champion Motorsports.
I like looking stock though...

I am not very knowledgable technically so my best observation is that the car just breathes better, that would seem logical since its getting lots more air with much less restriction in the exhaust. The power curve feels strong and steady with lots of torque. Sound probably enhances the feel so its hard to know how fast is fast..... As for the money, I didnt shop around so I would be the wrong person to ask.

Did you get high flow cats with it and/or are you thinking of doing so? That would really seem to loosen up the restrictions on the exhaust side of the equation.

I got the TUBI headers & mufflers I dont know much else about the system. I think the cats are stock. Cant cant imagine wanting it to be any more radical for daily street use... Its hard enough to blend in to traffic now.

Hey 4thPorsche, checked with Champion today and they told me the cats are stock. apparently changing them would improve performance but there are some warranty issues that go along with that. Good enough explanation for me, besides I like being able to carry on a conversation while driving......

Thanks! Curious what the warranty issues are. Did they elaborate? The reason I ask is that mine arrive on Wednesday and will install them next week.

I didnt get into it in any detail with them, I am done and since its really a street car for me its about as radical as I want to go. I would ask your Porsche dealer directly what issues it creates or call Champion Motorsports.
