Photos of my car before major transformation and plans all listed out.
You solved it perfectly. Thanks for the excellent service, for real. Couldn't ask for more. I went by today. Those rotors are HUGE. They make the stock S ones look so small. Plus, they definitely weigh LESS. Also, the calipers... it's funny actually. You can put the stock calipers on top of them and literally see an inch or so of the Brembos on each side. They're HUGE. I can't wait to get the car tomorrow. I'll be taking it to an alignment shop and then going straight to CMP for a track day on Friday. I can't wait to just STOMP on those bad boys.
That is one of the sweetest 997's I have ever seen, you have done a great job modding it and the new mods sound awesome.
The only thing that worries me at all is if your car is lowered to GT2 height with PSS9's it WILL hit the bump stops at the track. This is a known problem. Other than a really good coilover like KW v3 or the like you have hit it spot on.
Congrats!

One thing at a time actually. Wait a minute... I seem to have a history of doing sh^t tons all at once.
Anyone want to buy the PSS9s?
I didn't know about the others when I got these. I kinda need to reword what Dan's quoting me on here. I wanted to have the whole suspension replaced (the control arms, etc) and then see what I have in the PSS system. It's all getting worked through at Synergy on their corner balancer and on VIR at the track there. So, once we get the whole package there, I'll know if the Bilstiens will do the job. If they won't, I'm sure there's someone out there with a great true street car that would take them off my hands, right?
And buddyg, thank you much. I really appreciate it. I'm trying to do something cool here... although that meant accepting that I could NEVER sell it due to its expense/value ratio. Maybe I can be like Fabryce and get this thing in a mag though. Anyone think I could?

Yeah if you personally send an email to Eurotuner and let them know the scope of your project they might do a build section for your car before you start. Also this would be a great time to ask for a sponsor to see if you want to advertise certain parts available for a 997 s right now.
I'll be ready at the end of October.
ILL, you're a long-time buddy. Thanks for this. Much. Congrats on the new killer setup, by the way!
