Ford GT

Iam losing my mind and breaking every promise that I made to myself whe I purchased an F360 last month but I want a GT. I haven't looked at prices in over a yr but noticed that the prices are higher than they were a year ago. Are these increasing in price or did they just take a one time bump in price when Ford announced they were discontinuing them.

Thanks
draml

A guy I know who buys and sells them regularly (and one of the top dealers for them, if not the top, in the country - PM me if you want his contact info.) says he is paying 30k more for them than he was last summer, and he thinks they are gonna keep going up.

But just an awesome car Borther. PM tblackj to ask him how he likes his.

Gt

I just sold my 06 GT and my 360 to pick up a Lambo and GT3RS. I have to say the GT is a great looking car, on par with the 360 but the GT3RS is so much more fun. The only real knock i had about the GT, other than being a ***** to get out of was the sound. It just did not sound like a 500 plus hp car should. Yes, you can fix that. It just felt big when i was up in the hills with it, not like the Porsche. I did sell mine for 9k more than i paid for it. It only had 1400 miles. As far as looks go, one of the best looking cars out there. Ok, now this is only my views on the car, others will have others.

Get the GT for sure. Prices are going up, but they will eventually stop... but theyre going to hold there for awhile.

Ford GT's Rock,

With only a Ford Racing Exhuast they sound like better than almost
any car I have ever heard.
With a Pulley (2.75") and a tune + exhuast you have a real serious performer.
With a Paxton 3.3...Holy **** and hang on to your hat!

I dont know about the Paxton, but we recently did a whipple(probably the one youre thinking about). What a freakin MONSTER. My customer always runs street slicks because the car has so much torque.

Tough decision. gotta say the GT is a real looker, but the 360 has it on pure exhaust sound, IMO. I would think the GT will have better resale if you can part with it in the future.
