If corvettes and vipers had interiors like that from the factory they would be such amazing cars...It's the only thing they lack and just about everyone says that so why doesn't chevy or dodge just do it?

Rep Power: 578 because the cost the car would hit wouldn't appeal to most of it's owners. Most people that buy either aren't buy it for "luxury" reasons.
If they added another 10-20K to the cars they wouldn't sell nearly as much.
