Replaced the stock 5500 mile wheels and tires, they just had no grip for the torque of this car. The new wheels and tires are stock size but the front SSRs/Toyo RA1 weigh 5 pounds less each and the rears about 7 pounds less each. The ride quality is fine, maybe even better. Grip is already MUCH better after only one day of driving, I can floor it in 2nd gear now. The car still goes straight down the highway but if you turn a little it wants to turn MORE, a little odd feeling but nice.

I think it looks better but I need to do some painting of the brake disk hubs and possibly a yellow pinstripe on the wheels to brake up all that blackness.

Looks good, a SMALL yellow pinstripe might look good.

Good choice. The SSR seem a little odd on a Viper, but I like how it looks. Def add the stripe, its a great finishing touch.

Looks nice. I love Vipers. A tiny bit of Yellow striping on the wheel would def. break up that blackness a bit.
