1990 Corvette chip reprogramming?

Hi all, I'm posting for a buddy... Can anyone recommend a tuner in the tri-state NY area that can re-program the chip for a 1990 L98 vette. I really appreciate it, also please do suggest other sites that may help us.
TIA
Al

Not sure if HP Tuners or EFI Live works on a L98. But I'd give Cartek in NJ, East Side Performance in CT or TTP in NJ a call. Try sesarching Ed Wright and PCM for Less too. Not to many working on the TPI cars anymore.
