2010 Mustang question
I agree. I give the '10 Mustang the nod when compared to the Camaro and Challenger. Next year will be a BIG year for the mustang. They are going to sell like hotcakes with the comeback of the 5.0. I've heard 100% the block will be aluminum to save weight.
The '10 body looks better every time I see one. And frankly I would even consider buying a new '11, which is saying a lot.

Sorry to bring a old dead thread but I am looking at a gt500 that's being offered to me at a good price... It's a 2010 is the good price due to the fact the 2011 is supposed to be newer and better???
Looks great notna ford guy but love the new mustang
Tia!

But IMO the GT is a smokin' deal. They are already in the 11's with basic bolt-ons and mid 11's with slicks and skinnies.
The GT will always be more bang for the buck and you will see yourself coming down the road all day long. Soon there will be thousands of 5.0s on the road, just like the 80's and 90's. I had one and it was great.
However, if you want something more unique with an icon (Carol Shelby) history go with the Shelby. You can quickly get 750-800HP out of the Shelby, cheaply get 600hp. You won't see yourself coming down the road either.
Either way you will enjoy, good luck.

Different strokes for different folks I guess.
Agree, the average person can't tell. But an owner of a GT can tell and he/she will see themselves all day long - just saying the Shelby is exclusive.
