1970 Malibu sleeper, twin turbo LQ9

That's what it's all about. When I did my GTO. I replaced the stock LS2 decals on the throttle body. Left the stock covers over the coil packs. It makes 680hp and is quiet as a mouse. But that Chevelle is really cool.

WOW...nice stuff. I'm big into sleeper stuff. This is what I did about 10 years ago. Had a boost gauge in the flip down ash tray and an AEM wideband in the glove box....that 's it. Car looked completely stock except for -10 fuel line coming out of fuel tank. made 625/576 with 9psi and went 10.77 at 129.

I like the sleepers - knew a guy who had a 73 or 74 brown Pontiac 4-door Colonnade sedan, vinyl top with a nascar type hemi engine (can't remember the specs) , aluminum body/bumpers, holed frame, full size hub caps and a single rusted exhaust pipe hanging in the stock position out of the rear. The 3 inch exhaust was hidden and turned down around the middle of the car.
I especially liked the rusted 2" exhaust pipe, you'd look at that car and go, what a heap of junk, 70's crap that had no power. Then he would leave you like you were pulling a trailer behind you.
