Mods in the vid. Z06 driver was new to the car and as you can see/hear, his shifts wasnt the fastest he just bought the car and only put less than 1800 miles on it. will be running another stock Z06 in few days

thanks everyone.
V - 996tt not even close. my z06 has 45whp/40wtq more + it weights 600lbs less
a stock c6 z06 will put about 3 cars on me if it had a good driver
the camaro has nitto invoes on the rear. the z06 has PS2s. I really like the invoes, great tires. i will be putting NT05s for the Z06 in few weeks.

I don't mean to be rude, but where I come from, 4 miss-shifts in one video means its time for a driver mod.

didnt it occur to you maybe its time for a new clutch??? im no pro driver, but im pretty good with shifting. the reason I had problems with 4th with the 997 is that I did 8 runs (6 with the Z06 in the same vid and never missed 4th) just 3 mins before racing that porsche and the clutch was really begging for some rest. Im still running the stock clutch with 20+k miles, with a lot of abuse and power shifting. you can check my other vids and you will see that i didnt really have any problem with shifting

Are you doing hard launches with lots of slip? If 8 hard runs would kill the clutch, the Z06 would never make it around the Nurburgring!
Anyway, I LOVE THE FLAMES! What exhaust is on there?

i hear you my friend, but you aren't running mega power out of those cars, so you really shouldn't have issues like that after a few runs. I've had a C6 Z06, and yes the car can be tricky during the famous 2nd to 3rd shift, but the clutch should not hesitate with 500whp... Might need some gearbox mounts!
