primarily this is my tow vehicle for now, until i get a Sport Chassis... as for power adders, i just wanted to get more of it, because it is pretty slow from the factory. the goal is not to race it, but use it as a support vehicle, that is why there is gas tank for race gas, that is for supporting other cars we go race with.
Ahh that makes a little more sense now, I too was wondering what direction this was heading lol. I thought the tank in the bed was going to be for running race fuel in the truck itself.

Still a badass truck, gotta love that solid feel that GM/Dodges don't have. Buddy just bought a new 1500 last year fully loaded, his dad and I were like dude you gotta check out the new F-150's (he's only a GM truck guy), he didn't. And out of the blue he just decided to see what's up, went to the dealer, one drive and traded his 1500 in and left with a new F-150 lol. Said the same thing, just unbelievable how much more solid the truck is when unloaded or loaded up/towing etc, and loving that 5.0

I agree, makes a lot more sense now, especially now understanding your intentions for the race fuel.

Awesome looking truck. I just bought a Raptor a couple months ago. Waiting to get back from the sandbox to pick it up from the dealership. This thread made me want to jump in it so much more, granted, I bet you could do some mean stuff to a Raptor.

Excited to see the end result as much as anyone else.
