A buddy of mine needed to buy my spare 2JZ-GTE longblock so he gave me his mint set of GT wheels plus cash for it.

They're the 6 spoke cast wheels, as opposed to the forged optional wheel you usually see. They're in mint condition with not a single ding, bend, crack, curb damage, nothing. They just don't have the centercaps. I've never seen these wheels before but know they're legit because of the "Ford" and "BBS Germany" stamps inside the wheels.

 

post them for sale on Mustang AutoX boards. Most S197 ( 05+Mustang) folks who autocross like to grab them

They used to sell them through Ford Racing, but are no longer available. Call the local ford store Give the part number to them and see what replacement cost is, then ask half.

 

Thanks, will do. There's a Ford GT forum but you need to be a subscribing member to list anything. I found a fairly recent eBay auction that ended with the wheels with centercaps selling for $2,250 and also a site selling the wheels brand new for $799 for fronts and $899 for the rears.

 

I think they are the wrong offset for the S197s
