I have a feeling that thing is vaporware. We haven't seen anything and the new one is around the corner.

I don't do automatics. I talked to a friend who had one and he said yeah, it hops...so just don't do that and it's reliable. He said nothing broke in 16k+ of hard driving, and he drives like a ****ing lunatic.

Thanks for the first-hand opinions. Hm..

Well, take a look at this http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dl...3280802&Ref=PH

I agree though that they will probably not release it for this generation but I am pretty sure it will come with the soon to be released re-design of the CTS. I don't do automatics either so I can understand your feelings for an E55 but that torque makes up for it! If you have other manual vehicles available to you I think an E55 would do nicely as a daily.

Sigh...I've had an M5 already and wanted something similar, but different.

tighten up the rear to make it stiffer

That's what i've been doing to my GTO. All this said, I looked at used CTS-V's as well as the GTO, and went w/ the GTO. Wheel hop doesn't really bother me as I don't launch the car hard.

I didn't say anything about your opinion. I simply called you a winner; although it was sarcastic, so use your own translation. But hey, be glad you are atleast original

Don't speak for "the rest of us." We may agree on somethings, but we will never agree with you or allow you to "speak" for us.

I like it the way you have it. "But that is just my opinion, and I'm sure I am speaking for others..."
