If they werent scared to launch the car, and had a brave enough driver with big enough slicks, the car should run in the 7-8 second quarter range. That will never happen though. This puppy only sees highways, and now, it rarely gets driven.

How much boost? How much rwhp?

That is insane! That thing can't keep traction when its stock. I got the privelage of being in a GT a couple of weeks ago and I can say that if I have a chance to own such an amazing machine, I will!

1600rwhp has been done for a while in the viper world and 7's to back it up.

Haven't seen any crazy 1/4 times from the GT guys yet but they are a beast on the highway.

2k to the wheels will be brutal.

I don't understand trying to build an engine past the gripping point of any production tire, but hey, hats off for trying.

Not to water down this accomplishment or anything, but rumor via text message I received is that a tuner is with in a couple HP of cracking 2k to the wheels with a TT Viper.

Not that you could ever use it on the street unless you're counting 200-260mph pulls. But it sure does > all in the 'my hp dick is bigger' bragging rights.

The suspension geometry in the FGT makes it nearly impossible to put a 15"-16" Rear wheel on the car, so you can't get a slick tall enough/ with a soft enough sidewall to launch it.

Joes car is defiantly awesome to be next to on the highway, it does quite well with the 17" MH Radials that are on the car. Been next to him many times and it's nothing short of insane.
