i want to buy a cell phone for my father. preferably a motorola v3 model since he has all the charger and extra batteries for it. willing to pay about $150 max depending on conditions. it needs to BE UNLOCKED as well. please PM price and pics if u have any cell phone sitting around. i am open to suggestions but it needs to be a FLIP phone. thank you in advance
