Photoshop help: Jeep GC SRT8
Being a...well..umm...anything less than an amateur at photoshop; may any of you guys help me with this, and give some views/opinions on it 
I am thinking of painting my rims matte black with a matte blue pinstripe and matte blue brake calipers. Can anyone help me photoshop that into the photo below. (Front rim only is OK, just to get a rough view of what it would look like before I go ahead with it)
