Question On Stiching...
If I don't order CNA-Defroster trim In leather, will there be regular gray stiching or will there be no stiching at all on top of the dash?

ESK is infamous around these parts
If you don't order the option, it will come in plastic the color of your interior. I ordered this option along with all the deviated stitching options and it looks great. The speaker trim in the center of the dash is also covered in leather and has deviated stitching as well. I've attached a picture of mine. You can barely see the stitching due to the light (black on Carrera Red), but you can see the leather surround on the speaker.
